AIR CTI's Central Tyre Inflation System (CTIS) features a unique automatic Isolator valve that enhances safety and movement by preventing cross pumping and limiting air loss if a tyre or other components are damaged. This Isolator is a major safety feature and allows for the instant isolation of any wheel from other wheel sets, improving sensitivity for puncture detection and providing the driver with better information, thus ensuring added safety outcomes and controls air from the low side to the high side when truck is off camber. Made of high-temperature fibreglass with UV stability, the TCU controllers are designed for durability in harsh dashboard environments. AIR CTI super tough and specialised heat moulded, Snizentite drop pipes specially designed and invented for reliability and longevity plus fit nice and close to the tyres, supplying air pressure to the rotator glands and then to each tyre, via compact valves, and unique self-healing fittings, making tyre changes even easier. Snizentite hoses are used predominantly by heavy vehicle industry ie trucks, tractor & agricultural machinery.

ROTATORS

AIR CTI rotators (rotating glands) are the shortest, most robust, and best sealed rotator available. Special tough fibre reinforced high strength plastic eliminates corrosion and electrolysis. Large C2 quality bearings ensure long life. Three levels of anti-contamination sealing guarantee. Proven robust in the harsh conditions of Australia with extreme heat and dust performing equally reliably in extreme temperature’s of the Baltic States with their freezing conditions.

AIR SUPPLY

AIR SUPPLY IS CONNECTED TO AN INFALTE AND SELF-DRAINING FILTER ASSEMBLER.

This assembly, which is generally located behind the cabin, regulates the supply of air to the Isolator assembly, which in turn regulates the tyre air pressure. The self-draining water trap/filter removes water and any contamination, improving reliability.
