AIR CTI Rotators are designed, manufactured and serviced in our workshop. They are built to withstand the tough Australian Road Conditions and are triple sealed to keep out the the dust, the dirt, and the high pressure water hose, although it is recommended to minimize their exposure to the high pressure water hose. The PRO and Corrosive Rotators have a 500,000km guarantee, with the ECO Rotator having a 250,000km guarantee. Rebuild kits are available making them a totally serviceable item. Quick Connect Fittings connect the Rotators to the Tyre Hoses, enabling tyre changing without problems. The AIR CTI Corrosive Rotator is built to withstand the chemical wear and tear that is associated with Fertilizer Spreaders. Tried, Tested and Proven on Australian Roads.
AIR CTI Control Box and Gauge are designed for ease of use. The Mechanical Gauge continually displays live tyre pressure, being accurate with no room for error. This is the first place the Driver looks for assistance when deciding to inflate or deflate the tyres. The Control Box has been designed for ease of use, and is installed unobtrusively in the cabin for ease of access for the Driver.
AIR CTI Isolator is fitted to our PROfessional System making this system the best system for Trucks that are going On Road/Off Road and through hilly terrain. The Isolator ensures that Air from wheels on one side of the truck is not transferred to the wheels on the other side of the truck whilst the truck is at low pressure or off camber. The Isolator is an automatic valve that blocks this kind of air transfer when required to ensure the safety of the vehicle. Another feature of the Isolator is the filters that restrict dust and other contaminants therefore eliminating potential leaks.
AIR CTI Pressure Protection Valve ensures that priority of the Air Supply to the braking system of the vehicle to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle is paramount to other features.
