AIR CTI solved the eight flat tyre failure mode that other systems suffer.   Despite years of sales, they still don't understand CTI.   With their systems, if one tire is damaged, all interconnected tires (8 tires on a tandem drive) are rapidly going flat.   You must stop now, or you will very soon.  This simply isn't safe enough.  And neither is getting stuck off camber with their stuff.   The high center of gravity transfers most of the weigt onto the lower tires.  This forces the low pressure air to the high side, letting the truck lean further, and further, and further.   AIR CTI solved this with it's unique Isolator automatic valve system.   We invented it over 8 years ago, and use it on heavy duty off road trucks, like logging trucks, or 4x4 or 6x6 trucks.  Just proving once again, that AIR CTI is the best available, bar none.

Drivers and owners told us nearly 15 years ago, that existing systems were too complicated, needed too much maintenance, were difficult to work around, and didn't last long enough.   We solved all of that.  They also told us to make the dash components compact, they had enough 'boxes' already, with CB's, scales, phones, GPS, etc., and hated ruining their beautiful new trucks.   Complexity is just a recipe for problems and breakdowns.   We created an entirely new and simple control system, eliminating the large chassis mounted control system, and minimized the dash controls to a tiny box, half the size of a deck of cards.   Then we made it totally solid state, eliminating relays, excess wiring looms, and even protected it with solid state fuses, that never need replacing.   Then we built different controllers for different needs.  And we make them in house to ensure quality and design.   What ever your job, we have the controller just for you. 

 

 

DROP HOSES - SNIZENTITES

When we started, AIR CTI used flexible steel reinforced drop hoses, better than what was around, but definitely not good enough.  We could fit them reasonably neatly, but when a tire was changed, or a hose replaced, the fitter wouldn't take the care we did, and they end up sticking out, or rubbing.  And, there were problems;  kangaroos seemed to wrap thier little paws around and wipe them off.  There had to be a better way.   Modern plastics are super tough, heat moldable, and never fatigue.   Working with our plastics expert, our new ultra thick walled pipe fits nice and tight (Snizentite, pronounced snize en tight) close to the tires, yet spring loaded to maintain tire clearance.  They are easy to install, easy to replace, look great (don't stand out like dog's proverbials), and last, and last, and last.   Direct comparisons prove Snizentite drop pipes are at least three times tougher in the real world!  Snizentite drop pipes are best.

Safety is most important.  Not only is it a legal requirement, PPV valves are essential components included in every AIR CTI kit.  PPV valves ensure that AIR CTI only uses excess air from the important truck pneumatic system.

Truck pneumatic systems also contain water, and acid.   Acid is a by product of engine combustion, and gets to the pneumatic system via the lubrication that the compressor shares with the engine.   Acid and water attack steel, causing rust, like on our competitor's rotators.  It also causes electroylisis beween dissimilar metals.   Hence, AIR CTI solenoid air valves have stainless steel valves surrounded by stainless steel cylinders.  A DIN electrical plug makes installation easy, and reliable.  These units have a perfect track record, ensuring a very, very long service life.   AIR CTI cares.

Clean air is super important.  Pnuematic systems typically are not maintained to manufacturer's standards.   We've seen some terrible examples of shocking neglect, yet, we can't blame the owner for our problems.   We learned early that our product must work in any condition, and must be extremely robust.  Hence, AIR CTI kits include an automatic draining water trap, combined with a fine filter to eliminate problems.   Additional filters are fitted before every solenoid air valve and rotator.   Pro and Platinum tandem drive kits have 11 filters!  Truckies have enough problems, AIR CTI makes your day better in so many ways.

Tire hoses can ruin your day.  If they are too long, they will rub on your valuable alloy wheels, damaging both the wheel and the hose.   Check out our competitor's hoses.  They add extra rubber to provide more thickness 'to wear through'.   Extra weight just increases the load on tire valves, and causes even more wear.   AIR CTI uses 'cut to length' tire hoses for custom fitting, eliminating these problems.  And they look better too, for much longer.   AIR CTI cares.
